The Harbour Air Club is a loyalty program offered by Harbour Air to Harbour Air guests who are members of the Harbour Air Club (referred to as “Member” or “Club Member” or “you”). The following terms and conditions (“Harbour Air Club T&Cs”) apply to the Harbour Air Club.

These Harbour Air Club T&Cs contain important information about your rights, responsibilities and benefits as a Club Member, so please be sure to read this document carefully. By enrolling in the Harbour Air Club continuing your Harbour Air Club membership, you agree to be bound by the Harbour Air Club T&Cs, as they may be amended by Harbour Air from time to time. Note that any reference to “dollars” refers to Canadian dollars.

1. Membership

1. Membership in the Harbour Air Club is limited to natural persons (individuals) and no corporation, trust, partnership, household, group of individuals, animal or other entity may hold membership in the Harbour Air Club.
2. Individuals must enroll for membership in the Harbour Air Club individually, only once, and use their name exactly as it appears on their government-issued identification.
3. Enrollment for membership can involve either a) Converting an existing Harbour Air Account (HAS#) to a Harbour Air Club Account, or b) creating a new Harbour Air Club Account. 
   •    Enrollment by converting an existing Harbour Air Account (HAS#) can be done by logging into your existing Harbour Air Account on harbourair.com and following the prompts to sign up to the Harbour Air Club
   •    Enrollment via the creation of a new Harbour Air Club Account (not converting an existing Harbour Air Account (HAS#) can be done by choosing to create a New Harbour Air Club account on harbourair.com
4. Individuals must have a valid email address to enroll. All communications from Harbour Air to members relating to the Harbour Air Club program will be made via email. Members may unsubscribe from promotional emails, but unsubscribed members will continue to receive non-promotional emails relating to their account. Members are responsible to maintain a valid and current email address in their Harbour Air Club account to ensure receipt of notifications about their account. Individuals may contact Harbour Air to change their email address or update within the “My Profile” section of the Account log-in.  Parents may enroll their minor children using an email address that is owned and maintained by the parent, provided the email address used for the minor child’s account is not being used for an existing Harbour Air Club Account.
5. Agents who enroll an individual or who are otherwise completing any transactions involving or relating to another individual’s Harbour Air Club account represent and warrant that they have the individual’s authorization to act as his or her agent.
6. Upon the completion of enrollment in the Harbour Air Club, members will be issued a membership number, or will use the account number of their converted Harbour Air Account (HAS#). It is the member’s responsibility to record and retain their membership number and Harbour Air Club account login information.
7. Harbour Air Club Members will have the ability to access their membership information by logging into their account at harbourair.com.
8. Harbour Air Club members must advise Harbour Air immediately of any change of address or email by updating their profile online at harbourair.com.
9. Membership in the Harbour Air Club is granted in Harbour Air’s sole discretion and may be withdrawn in Harbour Air’s sole discretion with or without notification.
10. If, in Harbour Air’s sole opinion, a Harbour Air Club Member abuses any Harbour Air Club program benefits, fails to follow any of the Harbour Air Club T&Cs or makes any misrepresentation to Harbour Air, Harbour Air may, in its sole discretion, revoke any or all of the Harbour Air Club Credits  in the member’s account and/or revoke the member’s membership in the Harbour Air Club, with or without notification.
11. Harbour Air will not be liable or responsible in any manner for any tax consequences which may flow from participation in the Harbour Air Club. Each Harbour Air Club member will be solely responsible for the reporting of any income tax benefits and the payment of any taxes.

2. Earning Harbour Air Club Credits and Qualifying Flights via Qualifying Travel

1. Harbour Air Club members may earn Harbour Air Club Credits (or “Club Credits”) or Qualifying Flights by completing Qualifying Travel. For the current Harbour Air Club Tier requirements for Club Credits or Qualifying Flights, please see harbourair.com/ha-club
2. Qualifying Travel consists of travel on Harbour Air-operated scheduled flights or scenic tours where the fare has been paid in full, the Harbour Air Club member’s valid account was added to relevant passenger on the booking prior to travel, the Harbour Air Club member completed the travel, and the following is true:
   •    Booking was not facilitated by a third-party agency focused on leisure travel, including leisure travel agents, tour companies/operators, receptive tour operators.
   •    Booking did not have an industry discount applied, nor is subject to an industry deal.
   •    Booking was not a standby booking of any type or a staff travel booking
   •    Booking did not use a form of payment that is no longer issued by Harbour Air, a promotional voucher, or High Flyer Rewards points
   •    Booking was not free-of-charge or included in a contra deals
3. Bookings made using a Commuter Pass are eligible to earn Harbour Air Club Credits and Qualifying Flights at the time of travel (i.e. not at the time of the Commuter Pass Purchase).
4. Bookings made using an Explorer Pass are eligible to earn Harbour Air Club Credits and Qualifying Flights, but only on the applicable Qualifying Spend of the flight (see Section 3 below for the definition of Qualifying Spend). The purchase of the Explorer Pass is not considered Qualifying Spend.
5. In the event of any ambiguity, uncertainty or dispute as to whether any particular itinerary or part thereof is Qualifying Travel, Harbour Air shall have the right in its sole discretion to determine whether such travel is Qualifying Travel.
6. The date that the member enrolls in the Harbour Air Club is that date that the member begins to accrue Club Credits and Qualifying Flights.

3. Club Credits

1. When a Harbour Air Club Member completes Qualifying Travel on Harbour Air-operated flights, Harbour Air Club Credits will be awarded upon the completion of such travel for Qualifying Spend, which
   •    Includes cash amounts paid for Air Transportation Charges, which includes the Base Fare, Fuel Surcharge, Sustainability Fee, Harbour Air Terminal Fees, and
   •    Excludes baggage fees, third-party terminal and port authority fees (including the VHFC terminal fee), GST and other taxes, airport fees, and any other third party fees collected by Harbour Air.
2. Note that Harbour Air reserves the right to allocate Harbour Air Club Credits on charter flights based on its sole discretion.
3. For each dollar of Qualifying Spend, Harbour Air Club Credits will be awarded based on the Member’s Membership Tier at the time of booking:
   •    Blue Tier – 5 Club Credits per $1 of Qualifying Spend
   •    Silver Tier - 6 Club Credits per $1 of Qualifying Spend
   •    Gold Tier - 7 Club Credits per $1 of Qualifying Spend
4. In the event of any ambiguity, uncertainty or dispute as to whether amounts paid by a Harbour Air Club Member are eligible for an award of Harbour Air Club Credits, Harbour Air shall have the right in its sole discretion to determine the eligibility of any amounts paid for an award of Harbour Air Club Credits.
5. Harbour Air Club Credits are applied to the account of the Member who travelled, which may be different from the individual or entity who paid for such travel. Harbour Air Club Members cannot be awarded Club Credits for another person’s travel. Harbour Air Club Credits are not transferable to another Member.
6. Once a Harbour Air Club Member earns Club Credits by completing travel, the Club Credits are posted to the member’s account within 7 days of travel, provided the Member’s valid Harbour Air Club Account number was tied to the relevant passenger prior to travel.
7. Harbour Air Club Members may earn Club Credits through offers, incentives or promotions offered by Harbour Air from time to time. Harbour Air reserves the right to make offers on specific dates, times, or routes and to offer to specific groups of Members at its sole discretion.  
8. Harbour Air may change the basis on which Club Credits are awarded (including as to eligibility of flights and the amounts awarded for various membership levels, or other categories of travel or membership) at any time, with or without notice, in Harbour Air's sole discretion.
9. Club Credits have no monetary value, and are not exchangeable for cash, and cannot under any circumstances form the basis of a monetary claim against Harbour Air. Club Credits are not available for purchase.

4. Qualifying Flights

1. For every segment flown by a Harbour Air Club Member that is included in Qualifying Travel, the Harbour Air Club Member will be awarded a Qualifying Flight. Qualifying Flights include point-to-point scheduled flights and the flight components of Scenic Flights and Tours. Note that through-fares count as a single flight.

5. Membership Tiers

1. For every dollar of Qualifying Spend spent on a Harbour Air Club member’s flights, the Harbour Air Club member receives Club Credits toward their Harbour Air Club membership status at the earn rate based on the Tier they are in at the time of travel.  
2. For every Qualifying Flight completed by a Harbour Air Club member, the Qualifying Flight is added to the member’s account towards their Harbour Air Club membership status.
3. A Harbour Air Club member may qualify for Membership Tier by passing either the required Qualifying Flights or Club Credits.
4. As the Harbour Air Club member’s Club Credits or Qualifying Flights pass pre-defined thresholds, their membership level advances. At each level, the member earns Club Credits at an earn rate specific to their level and enjoy level-based benefits. Note Harbour Air may, at any time, create or maintain additional levels with additional benefits. See harbourair.com/ha-club for the latest information on the Membership Tiers.
5. For the purpose of determining a member’s Harbour Air Club Tier, each member’s Qualifying Club Credits and Qualifying Flights are calculated based on the period April 1 – March 31 (the “Qualifying Period”). On April 1 of each year, the member’s Club Credits and Qualifying Flights reset to 0.  
6. The Membership Tier reached in the current Qualifying Period, ending March 31, is valid until and including March 31 of the following year.
7. When a member’s Qualifying Club Credits or Qualifying Flights reaches the threshold to qualify for the next Membership Tier during a Qualifying Period, the member will be immediately placed into the applicable Tier and will enjoy that Tier’s benefits for the remainder of the current Qualifying Period and through the next Qualifying period. For example, if a member qualifies for the Silver Tier on September 1, 2025, the member will be placed in the Silver Tier immediately and will remain in the Silver Tier from September 1, 2025 – March 31, 2027.
8. A member can move to Tiers with additional benefits (i.e. moving up Tiers) multiple times during a Qualifying Period. A member can only move to a Tier with fewer benefits (i.e. moving down Tiers) at the end of a Qualifying Period (March 31), which will occur if a member fails to meet the Club Credit or Qualifying Flights threshold during the Qualifying Period.

10. In certain cases, at Harbour Air’s sole discretion, Harbour Air may advance a member to a different membership level irrespective of whether they have reached the required Qualifying Club Credits or Qualifying Flights in a Qualifying Period.
     

6. Rewards

1. Scheduled flight companion vouchers may be included a benefit to some of the Tiers and may be included in some promotions. The terms and conditions are as follows.
   •    Valid for redemption during the current qualifying period only
   •    Harbour Air Club member must fly with the companion. Only one companion voucher may be applied per booking.
   •    Valid for 100% discount to the base fare of a Value or Light Fare (Light Fare if the Member also travels on a Light Fare, Value otherwise). Harbour Air Club member must pay all applicable taxes and fees upon booking the Companion Voucher.
   •    Baggage allowance and excess baggage fees are those of the fare.
   •    Cancellation by the Passenger: 
   o    Light Fare Scheduled Flight Companion Voucher cannot be cancelled to unused voucher.
   o    Value Fare Scheduled Flight Companion Voucher can be cancelled to unused voucher outside 72 hours of departure, subject to a $50 cancellation fee. 
   •    Change by the Passenger:
   o    Light Fare Scheduled Flight Companion Vouchers cannot be changed.
   o    Value Fare Scheduled Flight Companion Voucher can be changed outside 72 hours of departure, subject to a $50 change fee.

    

2. Scenic Tour Vouchers may be included a benefit to some of the Tiers and may be included in some promotions. The terms and conditions are as follows.
   •    Valid for redemption on the Vancouver Classic Panorama and Victoria Classic Harbour Panorama Tours only.
   •    Valid for redemption during the current qualifying period only.
   •    Valid for 100% discount to the Scenic Flight Base Fare. Harbour Air Club member must pay all applicable taxes and fees.
   •    Cancellation by the Passenger: Scenic Tour Vouchers can be cancelled to unused voucher outside 24 hours before departure.

    

3. Scenic Tour Companion Vouchers may be included a benefit to some of the Tiers and may be included in some promotions. The terms and conditions are as follows.
   •    Valid for redemption on the Vancouver Classic Panorama and Victoria Classic Harbour Panorama Tours only.
   •    Valid for redemption during the current qualifying period only.
   •    Valid for 100% discount to the Scenic Flight Base Fare. Harbour Air Club member must pay all applicable taxes and fees.
   •    Cancellation by the Passenger: Scenic Tour Vouchers can be cancelled to unused voucher outside 24 hours before departure.

   •   Harbour Air Club Member must fly with the companion. Only one companion voucher may be applied per booking.
    

4. The following terms and conditions apply to Silver and Gold Tier Members who hold Commuter Passes or Explorer Passes
   1. Any Harbour Air Club waived baggage fee benefits do NOT apply on Commuter or Explorer Pass bookings. However, this benefit does apply if the Commuter or Explorer Pass holder makes a booking where the Commuter or Explorer Pass is not applied.
   2. Any Harbour Air Club waived change fee benefits do NOT apply on Commuter or Explorer Pass bookings. However, this benefit does apply if the Commuter or Explorer Pass holder makes a booking where the Commuter or Explorer Pass is not applied.

7. General Harbour Air Club Terms and Conditions

1. All awards of Qualifying Flights or Club Credits will be credited to the Harbour Air Club member who is the individual traveller and whose name and Harbour Air Club member number appear on the booking for Qualifying Travel. Harbour Air Club Credits and Qualifying Flights may be credited provided the member complies with the program rules. Harbour Air Club Credits or Qualifying Flights are credited to the member and not the person or entity who paid for the transaction resulting in the Qualifying Travel.
2. Combining or pooling Harbour Air Club Credits between members is not allowed. Each Harbour Air Club member’s account will be credited only with Qualifying Flights or Club Credits associated with their travel.
3. Club Credits and Qualifying Flights accrued by a minor are accrued to the minor’s Harbour Air Club account, which may be administered by the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Correspondence will be sent to the email address on record for the Harbour Air Club account.
4. Harbour Air Club members, or the individuals booking on their behalf, must add their Harbour Air Club number to their booking before their flight. This can be done at the time of booking or facilitated by an agent ahead of departure. At Harbour Air’s discretion and on a case-by-case basis, Harbour Air may add a Harbour Air Club number to a booking within 24 hours of flight departure if requested.
5. Harbour Air Club members can view their account details by logging in at harbourair.com.
6. Proper legal documentation must be provided for any name or gender change.
    

8. Aeroplan Point Accrual Terms and Conditions

1. In order for an individual to participate in Aeroplan point accrual, the individual must be a member the Harbour Air Club and must register their Aeroplan number on their Harbour Air Club profile.
2. Aeroplan points accrue to Harbour Air fares according to the fare flown by the Harbour Air Club members according to the following, which applies to all Harbour Air scheduled flights:
   a.    Flex Fare: 200 Aeroplan points
   b.    Comfort Fare: 150 Aeroplan points
   c.    Value Fare: 100 Aeroplan points
   d.    Light Fare: 0 Aeroplan points
3. The following types of bookings are ineligible for Aeroplan point accrual
   a.    Bookings facilitated by a third-party travel agency focused on leisure travel, including leisure travel agents, tour companies/operators, receptive tour operators.
   b.    Bookings that include an industry discount or subject to an industry deal.
   c.    Standby travel of any type or a staff or industry travel booking.
   d.    Bookings where the form of payment is no longer issued by Harbour Air, is a promotional voucher, or is High Flyer Rewards
   e.    Bookings that are free-of-charge or considered a contra-deal
4. Bookings made using a Commuter Pass are eligible to earn Aeroplan points as eligible Value Fare bookings
5. Bookings made using an Explorer Pass are eligible to earn Aeroplan points as eligible Value Fare bookings. In a 12-month period, the maximum number of Explorer Pass flights for a single Explorer Pass holder that are eligible for Aeroplan point accrual is 500.
6. Individuals can enroll in the Harbour Air Club and register their Aeroplan number up to 24 hours after the Individual completes their flight in order to accrue Aeroplan points and, on their Harbour Air Club Account, Harbour Air Club Credits and Qualifying Segments.
    

9. Privacy

1. Harbour Air may provide Harbour Air Club information about Harbour Air Club members to other parties, such as affiliates, partners, merchants or service providers, as required to administer the Harbour Air Club. All collection, use or disclosure of personal information is in accordance with the Harbour Air Privacy Policy.
2. Except as indicated above, account information will only be given to the account holder, parent or guardian of record in case of a minor, an authorized agent acting on behalf of a member, or a person designated in writing by a member, or pursuant to a court order. 
    

10. Program Changes and Termination

1. Harbour Air specifically reserves the right to amend, alter, withdraw or terminate the Harbour Air Club (in whole or in part), any program, benefit, award, reward, award/reward level, premium or privilege or the Harbour Air Club T&Cs either at any time either with or without notice to members. Any such changes may affect Club Credits or Qualifying Flights which a member has already accumulated as well as any future accumulation of Club Credits or Qualifying Flights. Members are responsible for periodically visiting this site to view any changes.
2. Harbour Air may, in its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, amend, extend or otherwise alter the Harbour Air Club program or certain aspects of the Harbour Air Club, with or without notice. Where notice is given pursuant to any section of the Harbour Air Club T&Cs or where Harbour Air otherwise elects to give notice, it may be via email notification and/or a notice posted on the Harbour Air website (at www.harbourair.com). Notwithstanding the foregoing, publication of revised or updated Harbour Air Club T&Cs on the website shall be deemed notice of such terms and conditions.
3. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Harbour Air Club T&Cs and the administration of the Harbour Air Club and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be resolved by Harbour Air in its sole discretion, and Harbour Air Club members agree to be bound by such determinations.

11. Limitation of Liability

1. Harbour Air assumes no liability to the Harbour Air Club members whatsoever in connection with their membership or participation in the Harbour Air Club, including without limitation, liability by reason of the termination of, or amendment to, the Harbour Air Club, in whole or in part, or any change to reward levels. Harbour Air Club members agree that Harbour Air and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or representatives are not responsible for, and you release all of them from any and all liability arising as a result of any accident, loss, injury or damage caused by Harbour Air’s administration of the Harbour Air Club.

12. Waiver

1. Any waiver by Harbour Air of the strict observance, performance or compliance of the Harbour Air Club T&Cs and any extension of time or other indulgence granted by Harbour Air, either expressly or by course of conduct, shall not alter, affect or prejudice any of Harbour Air’s rights or remedies and shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose for which it was given and shall be deemed not to be a waiver of any of Harbour Air’s rights and remedies arising in respect of any other breach of the Harbour Air Club T&Cs. No delay or omission by Harbour Air in exercising any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.

13. Governing Law

1. Harbour Air shall be governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes regarding the Harbour Air Club or in any way arising out of membership in the Harbour Air Club shall be submitted to the courts of British Columbia whose courts shall have jurisdiction to hear such disputes, or the Canadian Transportation Agency who can resolve disputes related to carrier-operated loyalty programs.
2. Harbour Air Club Credits, Qualifying Flights, and special offers are subject to applicable government regulations and are void where prohibited by law.
    

14. Acceptance of Program Rules

1. By gaining access to or using this site, or by enrolling in the Harbour Air Club, accumulating Club Credits or Qualifying Flights, or otherwise continuing your Harbour Air Club Membership, (1) you agree to be bound by these Harbour Air Club T&Cs, as they may be amended from time to time, including that and you acknowledge and agree that Harbour Air assumes no contractual or legal responsibility to you and has specifically limited its legal obligations in these Harbour Air T&Cs, (2) you certify that you are over the age of majority in the province in which you reside; (3) in the case of enrollment on behalf of a minor, you warrant and represent that you are the parent or guardian of the applicant and agree to the Harbour Air Club T&Cs on the minor’s behalf; and (4) you consent to Harbour Air’s collection and use of the certain personal information as set out in the Harbour Air T&Cs and Harbour Air’s Privacy Policy (available for review at www.harbourair.com).
