The program is open to businesses registered and operating in British Columbia, Canada, including sole traders, partnerships, and corporations. Travel agencies, ticket brokerages, air fare consolidators, and government entities are not eligible, nor are businesses that already have a bespoke corporate incentive or discount agreement with Harbour Air. Harbour Air reserves the right to determine eligibility at any time.
